Suggestion Title: Suggesting of Inventory & Bank Improvement and Gang Chat implementation.

How would it benefit the server:

- Adding a gang chat: A gang chat should be added to both servers to facilitate communication with other gang members and to reduce the spam in the group chat. Furthermore, I think a gang chat will help simulate real life gangs on both servers by allowing gang members to communicate in a private way.

- Inventory & Bank Improvement: It would benefit the server due to the fact that it simply makes using the inventory and bank system user-friendly and easier to use.
As you can see in the following screenshot provided by a friend of mine.



Imagine trying to store 134 Uranium into your bank, it would take 268 clicks just to place it into the bank, and another 268 to take it out if necessary.
Being a drugdealer, often the NPC that allows you sell shrooms & buds, is out of money and your inventory quickly fills up, not being able to sell it forces you to store it in the bank until the NPC has aquired money again.
Due to the fact that you get around, 35 shrooms per limit of plants, you'll have several hundred of them in no time.

Maybe it's possible to use the trade menu slider and import it into the Inventory and Bank menu

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't think there is a downside to these 2 suggestion, if you do please post it in the comments.
