I've seen this guy on the server once. I have to say he is the worse possibly candidate for mod.
He based with his gang mates and they constantly broke rules, i.e. nlr and rdm. I believe he is doing this to try and get the powers so he can abuse them for his own selfish interest, or thinks it is going to be easy to become admin and therefore is disrespecting the whole of Zarp's staff.
