Well, I have to give my honest opinion on this. Even if a lead team member does something wrong, he will most likely not be punished because everyone else in the lead team is friends with him(not talking about dcx specifically). Everyone will just be biased and will stand by him for whatever reason, unless the server owner interferes... This system is totally messed up and should be fixed in one way or another, not sure how, but yeah. If the community ones to stay on it's feet, the current system should be updated to be more fair and less biased.
