[Why should i be picked]: Well i'm thinking of applying becuse.. ive been on a long time i play garrys mod aloot and on this server.. So i'm applying becuse i see aloot of disrespectful player's when no mod's admin are on. i see portal camper's trap stealer's. e.t.c.. Well that would help the commuinity.. and the player's who are playing for the 1st time.

how you would deal with a disrespectful player: Well if he is having a disrespectful nick.. first of all id say him to change it. And type !motd and read the rules. if hes mic spamming disrespectful things id gag him.
If he keeps typing it id mute him.. and warn him for being disrespectful.

How would you deal with a Trap stealer: i warn him for stealing other pepole's traps. And say him to do !motd for the rules.

How would you deal with a portal camper: Id do the same thing warn him for portal camping so that means he hasnt read the rules. Say him to read them !motd
