How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

Answer: I would deal with a disrespectful playing in the following way, if they were being disrespectful i would give them a verbal warning saying what they did is wrong and if you do it again then i will warn you. If they carry on then i will give them a warning for disrespect. I will only kick someone for disrespect if it is serious and they are failing to follow the rules after being warned.

Why i should be chosen?

answer: I think I could be a good Staff member because im a fair person, whom always have been faithfull to the Zarp servers. I also feel like I am active a lot on the Zarp Deathrun servers. Im also really good at getting spoken to in a provoking way, without getting so angry that it blurr my judgement. also I really enjoy the server and the people that are in it and i just want to make everyone elses expirance while on this server as good as mine
