How I would deal with a disrespectful player?
Considering that this is disrespect, the first thing I'd do is give a warning, if said disrespect continues, a mute & gag (in the case they begin to use either chat or mic instead), followed by a kick in further cases, though I think a ban is only available to the higher ranks.

Why I should be chosen?
I'm quite active on ZARP DR servers, playing at-least half an hour each day (unless occupied with school work) and usually up to an hour or more. I've also had about 1 or 2 years of experience moderating a server on a different game. Additionally, I'm quite well known to other members of staff (e.g. I am the Walrus, Mogadonskoda, tomvtv and Fumii) and some people have said I should make a mod app. In my opinion I'm a pretty fun person to talk to and hang around with and am familiar with server rules. I'm patient and don't tend to "rustle my jimmies" until there is an extreme case of annoyance over several hours,
