Explain griefing and give 2 examples: Griefing is when a survivor tries to get the the rest of the survivors killed
Example 1: Player X Continuously destroys Player Z's props in an attempt to let the zombies through and kill the other survivors.
Example 2: Player X Continues to destroy/blow up barrels in order to get the other survivors killed as they pass them.

How should barricading be organized between the people?: A tight group of players is almost essential in this gamemode. The leader can assign roles to players in order to make the barricading and protection of the builders efficient. For example, 1 person can be assigned to the role of collecting props and setting up a barricade, whilst the other players purchase guns and protect this player.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 100 words): I think I should be chosen because I have been a very dedicated to the ZARP Gaming community for a very long time and I have a lot of hours of playing time under my belt. I also really enjoy the Zombie Survival gamemode and I have been playing it a lot lately. However, during this time I have came across micspammers and other rule breakers that I would have loved to deal with. Also, due to the fact that I'm an SSRP Administrator I feel that I am experienced enough as staff on GMod servers to become staff on more ZARP Gaming servers.
