Why is everything bolded. If your entire writing piece is up to scratch you wouldn't need to draw our attention away and to me it just comes across as childish. My belief is further backed up by the fact you use smileys in sections.

Also, your email section is WAY to long, it specifys you must keep it under 300 words, and I checked, your's is a gargantous 609. It is also poorly formatted as an email and even I, as a former admin, found myself confused when reading it.

Overall, you need to improve this application before I can consider +Supporting.
