Suggestion Title: Adding a new job for VIPs

How would it benefit the server:

Well, I was thinking that we could add a new middle class job called "Important citizen" (Or a similar title). Which is pretty much a normal citizen, but wearing a business suit.

It could make players able to role play some jobs when better looking (Salesman, Lawyer, Bartender, Boss or important worker of a non-criminal organization, etc... )

So far, I only found these files to try out and see if they work to enable players to wear a suit (If anyone knows of a better workshop item, please suggest. :-/ ):

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Possibly because we need a few extra content in order for this job to be functional.

Additional notes:

This VIP job would NOT make you different from a citizen apart from the suit! An important citizen still has to follow the same rules as a normal citizen!
