1.RDM it happens a lot on server its were a guy walkup to you and he shots/kill hit men with hit can do that a mugger can do this but now any other rank like citizen's you can get warred example I walk up to someone and I shoot at them that's rdm if I kill that's rdm


2. NLR is common new life rules nlr stops people from getting raided/killed over and over and over you must start new and not remember anything example I just raid one of the biggest people and failed I cannot go back until my nlr is up its for raiding purpose if you nlr abuse you go back and IF Staff catches you get warned

3.by using a third party commutation system to get information for roleplay its not good to metagameing and = a warn example if I were in a call with my friends one of them died and I were to know that that would be meta gameing be cause I used there knowledge

4.I would hear both sides of the story and check out the console if he did rdm I would warn him for rdming

5.they would be both nlring if they were in the zone after nlr has begun so they would both be warred

6.i would tell him ooc stands for out of character and should not be used and tell him to use to use advert
