Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator, was a hard experience, I had to do stuff I never wanted to do, such as warn my friends. Risks are worth taking no matter what, he / she may have been my friend but I had still had to warn them. It's the job of a Moderator. Also my time as a moderator may not show me being so active, but I have sorted a range of problems and mostly been successful. I have gained more trust in the community as zarp staff and really work hard to help the server.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One of the obstacles I came across was when somebody called staff assistance for help, when I answered he said my friend had RDMd him, I asked about what happened and my friend wouldn't let the other guy talk, to get across this, I had muted my friend and continued to listen to what the other guy was saying, when he was finished I asked my friend, there was no evidence it was RDM because one was saying he was in his base, and the other said he wasn't.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations of being accepted for the ZARP staff team. Below you will see a list of commands you will get the permission to use, and what they're for. Also please note abuse of these commands could result in a demote.
Kick - Kicks a player if there are no staff online and somebody is prop spamming use this. Also good for when somebody won't remove their prop from another players base, and you're the only staff online.
Freeze - Freezes a player for when they're running / jumping around in an F1 and is trying to run away.
Ignite - For trolling, no point in using, AT ALL!
Slap - Useless again. No point for it being there.
Slay - For killing a player, kind of pointless again. Only for really trolling, or using on yourself.
Teleport - Teleports a player to your crosshair, will be used alot when you're doing F1s I believe.
Back - Will take a player back to the last location they were at before teleported, if you use back > spawn, it will bug out and teleport the player out of the map.
Hopefully, you will have a great experience in the staff team for ZARP DarkRP, and good luck for the future of your experience in ZARP Gaming. Have fun on your future endeavors!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player x,
I banned you for propspam, which is a serious offense.
This could cause the server to crash and cause players to lose a lot of money.
Since you have put effort into your appeal and it's your first ban, I have shortened your ban for 3 weeks.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I know my experience of being a moderator on ZARP was not really long, and I haven't been so active, but I am trying to change that, I have contributed money to ZARP and hope for this server to live on for years. I am currently counted as an active player, and really want to become an administrator to help remove props people leave in buildings or on the streets which they shouldn't . I want to watch more people join the server and look like a real idol. Most the time I do an F1, somebody will say something like "Oh you're a moderator! You can't help!" When I clearly can, because mostly the reports I accept are what I can handle. Also, when I do an F1 and a player jumps off the roof trying to escape, I can't grab them and sometimes they're on really low health and it kind of kills them, where as an admin I'd be able to stop them running. I really hope that I can help out the server in any way possible, I was shocked to get mod, that gives me a beleif I can do good in this server and I have faith this server will live on for years to come!
