I read your app and I have to say I was impressed. You have about 300 hours on the servers, you answered all the questions correctly and you know how to handle Mod situations. Here is what I think:

Good things about you:

-Your dedication to the server.

-You were a moderator on zarp before. ( I found out from the comments )
Bad things about you:
-You sometimes act younger than your age, ( no offense ) which could cause you to rage in some situations but I'm sure you can work on that.
