Story - I was walking around the fountain and I saw a civilian kill somebody with SPAS12 after that we chased him down and arrested him after that I said that was rdm but no responce. after he got released he did the same thing only this time he was on the roof shooting everyone so I shot him down instead of arrest after that couple seconds later I get demotion request: Attemt of RDA. I did F1 after I arrested him first time.

Other comments - There was another guy who RDMed the mayor named: Escepioneer but I have no evidince of his steam ID only picture of him wanted mayor behind him and running and wanted:
