RDM stands for random death match and it means to randomly kill other players without a reason. An example of this scenario is Player 1 is wandering the streets. Player 2 happens to get hold of a gun and opens fire on Player 1. Player 1 dies and calls for an admin/mod.

NLR stands for New Life Rule and it is the rule where if you die, you will not be allowed to return to that location until your NLR time is up. An example of this is Player 1 decides to raid Player 2's base. Player 1 kills Player 2 and steals his printers/drugs if he has any. Player 2 will not be aloud to return to his base until his NLR time is up or until the raid is finished.

Metagaming is where a player makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but is not supposed to be. An example is Player 1 decides to send an advert stating he has printers. Player 2 reads the advert and makes Player 1 wanted and sends a search warrant on his house.

I would bring player x and ask if he has any proof. If not, I would ask if there was any witnesses around to see player y RDM player x. If so, I would bring that player and ask if he saw player y RDM player x. If that player saw player y RDM player x, I would warn player y for RDM. If that player did not see player y RDM player x, I would bring player y and ask if this truly happened or not. If so, I would warn him. If not, I would tell player x that there is no proof of RDM, apologize, and return all players to their original place.

I would warn player y for breaking the New Life Rule because the proof is in the kill logs.

I would ask player x kindly to not use the OOC chat, instead type /911 and also ask for him to not do it again or I would warn him.

I feel like I should be a moderator because I am on quite often and I get along with new players to either the server or DarkRP in general. For example, I let them know the rules and I try to teach them how to play on this server or DarkRP. I am online quite frequently and I help players understand certain rules when they ask. Another reason why I feel like I should be mod on this server is because twice now that I have recorded the entire server breaking rules while the admins are offline where people were doing things such as RDMing, breaking NLR, prop killing, etc. I am also constantly requesting for an admin/mod because of people breaking rules. I have broken rules on my own in the past, such as propblock and RDM and received a ban because of them, but that was about 2 years ago when I was new to Gmod and since than, I have learned how to play DarkRP and Gmod. I have not received any true punishments besides one warn that I got for false demoting someone recently. I get along with other players and I try not to break the rules while doing it. That is why I think I should be a moderator.
