Hi, some people are facing connectivity issues with ZARP services even when the server is up.

This is a common networking issue, and is usually resolved either over time or through simple troubleshooting. This is perhaps an issue at our end, so I'd firstly suggest waiting 24 hours..

If that solves nothing, try the following:
- Right click your network icon in the taskbar and 'troubleshoot issues'.
- Restart your modem and router, or leave them unplugged overnight.
- Restart your computer.

You may also wish to contact your ISP.
