Seeing as I am somewhat involved in this I'll give my view on the matter.

From an administrative standpoint the player "fuck me" was not at the time breaking any rules however he was on the verge of Mic spam as he was just blurting out random things here and there but it was not overly excessive (In my opinion). Due to certain players interpretation of the mic spam rule and the only 1 person on a microphone at a time rule (server only had 20 ish people on at the time though.) I believe neither player is at fault and a simple talk between Lisol and Lumii about the rule(s) in question would have resolved the issue rather than Lisol just jumping to a warn.
