They were not big rules been broken at all (For example I have not been going on MASS RDM sprees and killing everyone in sight) people just sometimes break a rule like NLR or maybe killing someone as a hitman because you thought a person still had a hit on them

I am sure 80% of players have broken 2-3 small rules in there whole time of playing (heck maybe more!)
