Have you ever been banned from a ZARP server? No, Never been Temp banned or Perm. Banned.

[b]Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration?[/b] Yes, I'm currently a ChatMod on Lockdown Prison.
I've also owned many Minecraft servers myself, from Classic to Survival to Prison etc.

Languages you are fluent in: English

Where are you from?: I'm from England In United Kingdom.

How are you going to deal with disrespectful player? I would tell the player who was disrespecting to stop it and ask him to apologize to the person who he disrespected if the other player was still offended, I would warn him for Disrespect if he continues I would kick him or eventually ban the player for constantly disrespecting another player.

How are you going to deal with person who is asking for items/op etc. I would tell the player asking for items or OP that, I am unable to give them any OP/items and tell him to stop asking If he continues I would warn the player for asking a member staff for op/items after the staff said to stop. If he begins to troll or continue I would tempban him.

How are you going to handle /helpop situation? Explain what are you going to do in correct order.
I would teleport to the player or Pm him asking what’s the problem and what can I help him with. I would carefully listen to the player and try to fix his problem If he was trolling I would tempban him for Hour or so for Trolling in a HelpOp situation. I would also Ask him if he has any proof or pictures if it was an hacker situation.

Describe your personality (50 words)
I am a very outgoing person and I enjoy playing video games with friends also with groups other people from around the world. I'm very helpful person and will assist anybody who requests my help. I am very fair person and therefore treat other people with respect. I obey the rules of the game and will apply these rules to others when required.

Why you? (100 words)
I think I should become the rank of Moderator on the Faction server because I will be able to come online when other members of staff aren’t online. As I reside in United Kingdom. I’m a very experienced person with Moderating and Administrating. I am a very dedicated person towards the ZARP community. Last year I hosted a Successful server for 6 months. During the time of the server being open I learn many things. I understand how to punish players when they break rules. I have a good sense of humour and know how to get along with new players and other members of staff. I really like the ZARP community, I recently bought VIP on ZARP and every minute is getting better. I also think if I am given the rank, people may trust me more than they used to.
