Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Definition

"New Life Rule" Other wise known as NLR, is when a player is killed and returns to the district or area where he died for within a 3 minute time period.

Example Scenario

An Example of NLR would be where X kills Y in the mining district, and player Y returns in 1 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Defenition

"Metagaming" is the act of IC Information through OOC, "Out of Character Information" or when one see's a spinning drug label out of a wall and uses that to there advantage.

Example Scenario

Billy [OOC] : Police, help, we're being raided at the gas station!

This would be metagaming, as he is using OOC for IC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First, I would bring player x to a secluded and quiet area to talk about what happened.

After I got the story of what happened, I would bring player y and consult him about the information given. Player Y Admitts to killing player X above ground as a mutant. I would let player Y know that this is concidered RDM, and let him off on a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would Bring player x and ask for the story, then I would bring player y and ask for his side of the story. If player Y say's he didn't break NLR, he just went to the mining area and not the base beside the PD, I would let him know going into the district you died in is concidered NLR for 3 minutes. I would warn player Y For this and send him back to where he was. I would then ask player X if he needed anything else, and send him off with a "Have a nice day!"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would let player x know that this is concidered metagaming, and give him a warning for it. Then, I would send him a link to the server rules or simply tell him to type !motd.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I should be chosen because I have lots of experience with administration of RP Servers. I know how to deal, and handle players, and rule breakers. I would be very friendly to those in need, and staff. I've had experience with the administration of a Role Play Server before, and from there I have taken valuable information of how to handle players in need. I'm a mature, and experienced player looking to become staff on this great community. I know how to handle situations based on the questions above. My play time might not be the best, but the time will go through the roof. My time moderating servers will mostly be spent on Server 2, this would be a great advantage to the staff team as server 2 Needs more actives and friendly staff. If you choose me, I'm certain I will be the best candidate for the job. I am here to give ZARP Players a better experience.
