Server Name: SSRP server 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Spiderman gun

How would it benefit the server: It would let moderators get around the server without having to teleport and fall in the wrong place.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I can't think of any

Additional notes: This should only be used for the Mod on duty and if they want admin on duty it helps the mod get around the server because they can't fly and teleport is a bit clumsy at times.
