Well as the person who is this 'player', I wasn't exactly like yay I got called an asshole. And I believe it was directed at me since it was because I killed you while you were typing. So how are you directing that to anyone else?

Secondly, as Clocket mentioned, you made sarcastic remarks and disputed the verbal warning given out as seen in the first picture. All you had to do was say was that you were sorry and that would have been that, but you continued the convosation by disputing a verbal warning. Like it was just a verbal warning, it isn't the end of the world.

I believe Smoggy took correct action with the first warn but I think further punishment would be fit in my opinion as if Ace wasn't a staff member they would have been warned multiple times in my opinion. And I don't think it is acceptable that Ace was so defiant bout his warning and the reasoning. It was immature and doesn't set a good example, not what a good admin should be doing.

Also saying that sarcasm isn't being disrespectful, it is from my definition. It makes you seem arrogant and as though you didn't care for smoggy's authority.
Which is not being respectful.

Imagine you were in school, I doubt many teachers would appreciate someone to be defiant of what they were saying, saying that their punishment was unfair, and making up lame excuses while being sarcastic and acting like the whole thing is a joke. That teacher wouldn't think you were showing any respect. So why in this case should it not count as disrespect.

But, I don't think them major problem is calling me an asshole, I can live on. I think it's how he reacted to being told not to disrespect that is the problem, it shows a certain level of immaturity if you are unable to deal with a warning. But I think a demotion straight off would be unfair.
