Okay so i was there when this happened and i think this has been taken too far ...
Ace did say I was typing Asshole ... Yes asshole is not a nice word but he was not directing it at anyone it was him having a joke ... You can argue it was not a clear joke but mainly everyone took it in that way.

I have to say there has been people that have said and done worse and meant it in the horrible way and they have got away with it because some people find that banter and others dont .. Guys this is honestly silly.

I dont believe that he should be demoted for it because if thats the case for him saying asshole, and the the other bits of desrespect was Ace trying to ask why he was warned and why he was getting warned for what he said.
