Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration?: Yes I have been staff for many friends servers and I used to be staff for creative freebuild server but I had to leave as I was too busy at the time

How are you going to deal with following situation:
Player A killed all members from faction owned by player B. Player A killed all of Players B faction members. Player A claimed their terrains and Player B called Staff member with reason “Cheating”.

Faction A is accusing Faction B for unfair PVP between them. How are you going to explain situation?
Firstly, I would ask player B for any proof he has about the situation. If he has proof that Player A did indeed use any form of Hack/Cheat I would do /warn first and if he or she continues then I would Ban Player A from the server. However, if Player B has no evidence of Player A using cheats then I could not do anything about the situation, but I will inform Player B that no cheats were used and that the player will not be punished.

Describe your personality (50 words): I like to help people if they have a problem, I like to spend a lot of time on minecraft servers , im a happy person who don't judge anyone even if they have a different race or religion and generally a hard working player and helper for the zarp gaming community.

Why you? (100 words): I am a very dedicated player to the ZARP Gaming community and have a lot of playing time. Also, I have played on many servers and befriended many people. Also, I am well educated of the role of moderating and I think I will be a good addition to the team. I also know how to be friendly with the people around me and allow us to get along well. I am trustworthy so anyone can be able to trust me , also I want to get to know people on other servers instead of just 1 or 2 . I also think I should be chosen because I would spend much more of my time on this server to help others and also to play the game and have some fun building. thanks for your time reading my application and I hopefully will get it
