Luke, if you were Administrator before, you are allowed to apply straight for Administrator so I recommend you to make a new application or edit this one to admin application, just use correct Admin template other then that you are very polite and calm person, when you got banned by me because of small misunderstanding you asked me politely and nicely to unban you.
