How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If somebody would disrespect in Chat or on the mic, first I would verbally warn them to stop. If they carry on it would be a warning for disrespect and a mute/gag. If he still carrys on with disrespecting, I would ask an admin to give them a 1 day ban to let him learn not to disrespect. If it was racism or discrimination on the mic or in chat. I would verbally warn them then and give a mute/gag and warning for Racism and/or discrimination. If they carry on doing it, I would afk an admin ban them for 1 week. That would be enought time to think through what they did wrong.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words). I think I should be chosen because: I am active on the
server and I help others. I am as friendly and kind as I can. I know rules such as: Chat Spam, Reactivation, Trap Spam, Mic Spam, Trap Steal and Preactivation. I
would love help out everybody with whatever help they need. I can understand tricky situations and solve them fairly. I know how ULK works. I would always stay calm in all and every situation. I wouldn't stop playing and become inacive when I get moderator, I would carry on playing as much as I can making the server a better place for everybody. I have a total of 62 hours on the server however it is rising all the time. I am a Moderator on SSRP so I know how to treat players fairly, calmly and professionally. I want the best for the server so it is a friendly place for everyone.

All feedback would be appreciated.
