How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If a verbal warning isn't sufficient we're able to use the warn command and punish in other ways if necessary, depending on severity. If its push to talk related then something such as gagging or muting would suffice, although kicking and more severe punishments such as banning can be used (obviously we would try to avoid if possible). Every punishment must be correctly justified and powers should't be abuse anywhere at anytime otherwise consequences may come into play.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I've had previous experience in the moderation of other servers, and also own my own gaming community at which is slowly growing and becoming increasingly successful. I absolutely adore the Zarp DeathRun servers and their by far the best of them all in sophistication, elegance, and gameplay. It'd be a privilege to join the moderation team and i would be glad to help out in this community, as i have done with others and my own. My GCSE's end on the 13rd June meaning my time will be more readily available, and i've just began my study leave which also allows some more time in-game. I'll also soon be able to do much more than moderate with the several courses i'm doing in 6th form starting end of this year. In my eyes, I'm perfect for a moderation position on the Zarp DeathRun servers.

Note: I have been recently turned down after alot of positive feedback, and i was quite saddened by the denial of my application. No reasoning was given and I really don't know how i cause improve what i've done to help, and my application itself. Due to this i've added some more information and re-posted my application in the hope that something will come of it. If i'm turned down again, i fully respect the decision and know there will be good reasoning, even if i don't know what exactly.
