Well, didn't he say he killed him after the F1. Also it is interfering with an F1 when a gangster says he is going to mug you right after the F1 and stands there with his gun out pointing at you.

Also I sense that a lot of staff seems to help out their gang members or overhears when they call you " a fat crying baby" right next to them. This should not be and same rules and punishments should be for everyone.
