I like how your *How would you deal with a Disrespectful player* since you explained how you would deal with different situations but there are other parts of the application that are lacking such as the Gametracker, As Chester said you have linked it incorrectly and i have looked for you on the servers and it only seems you have been on for 4.98 hours which isn't enough time to fully understand our rules. The other area that is lacking is your *Why I should be chosen.* To be honest it simply isn't enough to fit my standards so i will need you to redo it or add more.
