What does griefing mean? Griefing is when a player randomly destroys another players creation

Player A: Hey Player B Your house SUCKS! - Player B: F*ck off you Pr*ck -- i would then verbally warn the player for disrespect and if continued i would give him a Warning then if the warning is ignored i would then kick and if also continued i would Ban the player
Please describe your personality (50 words) I am a Friendly and Polite person and i am fair to anyone possible .i will help people in politest manor possible don’t like trolls and i am not a troll i am a loyal and bubbly person with a personality bursting with excitement who can also have a good laugh at times.
Why you? (100 words) I Think I should be chosen as moderator because I am a very friendly person and I love helping people. As I have been playing minecraft for ¾ years now I am familiar with basic server rules I also am sensible and I have matured since I left zarp 9 months ago I love minecraft and zarp so to put those together would be awesome to play. I am generally a nice person and I love to speak to others in the community and to be staff would be a dream for me and I would dedicate all my spare time to being a good moderator.
