First of all, you need to name your application correct.
yours should be named "[DR] [NPIG] Darth.Ouldy [RkN] [Zarp] moderator application"
second, i havnt seen you that much on the server, but when i did
you seemed like a nice guy, also i cant figure out whats wrong with your gametracker.
i think you should take one more look at your application and make it look more presentable.

-get some more ingame time.
