How would you deal with a disrespectful players?If they were disrespecting, I would mute them/gag them then if it gets worse I would warn them until it ended up into 3 warns.
If they came back from the kick and carries on, after 2 more warnings It would ban them. But I may not warn them because it could be "friendly banter" which is only having a joke, then if it wasnt I would definitly warn them for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I would like to help other Mod's on the server as today I found Manya'Jayne having some problems and grief by some players.

I have been Mod on Jailbreak NPIGamers and I would like to help this one. I have had experience in moderated in other servers and now I want to become a Mod on a Deathrun server.
I feel to me that this server has the best community, Layout and the way staff works. So I would be delighted if you accept me.
