How would you deal with a disrespectful player? :
I would spectate the player first if they're trap stealing, exploiting the map, ghosting. I would warn him if he does it on purpose and or just help him understand the rules to not do this things if he does it accidentally. OR if he's being disrespectful to others by mic ( Saying bad words to a person ) I would mute him/Mic spamming too and warn them.

Why should I be chosen? :
I should be chosen, because I'm friendly and make friends very quickly. I'm active nearly always and have a laugh like always. My grammar is perfect o and sometimes say things that are not grammar wise like '' Why u do dis '' but that's just me. I obey the rules and help the community when it's needed. I go on server 1 and 2 but mostly 2. I help players who don't know how to bhop and stuff like that ( I'm a bhop beginner, but getting the hang of it, thanks to TheNorwegianFaggot for helping me) I don't curse mostly and don't rage. I'll be checking the website now and then to check what's new and old.
