how would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would give a warning (unless being extremely racist) then if the player would proceed in being disrespectful i would Kick/Ban the player depending on how bad it is.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I think i should be chosen because i would be a very active Mod and i think people would listen to me. I think i'm rather popular with the players and am an easy and understanding person to talk to. I have a mic so i can talk to people instead of type. I also think i would be respectful to the other players and not think im anything better then them just because i have a little extra power. i would make the right decisions and never ban/kick a player in anger.
