Due to the fact that we have many conflicting issues at hand, being that some Community staff members have stated that IC chat in the darkrp channel is allowed. While others have stated that it is not. We can't hold Tigzs responsible for breaking a rule (If I would even call it that considering that there is no set rule on whether or not TS is OOC or not) that he was told was allowed. During the lead-team meeting this weekend I will make sure we clarify the issue and decide if it is allowed or not.
