Not a sad excuse to try and get you warned. There is no rule against loitering and I was not past Chris' KoS line which if I was would mean that it was forcing people to stand on the road (Which is FailRP - quoting Chris).

Kpro feel free to check out the rules post it has some handy information for staff members. And if you look really closely you might find that there is no rule that allows you to create a no loitering sign and kill people standing on the path outside your base.
