Explain griefing and give 2 examples:

Griefing is if someone is breaking props from other players without any good reason. One example could be that a surviver is bored or want to troll, so he goes to another survivor and starts breaking all of his props. Example 2 could be that a player is nail props all around the map so the other survivors can't build before the wave starts.

How should barricading be organized between the people?

A organized team is important to have a good cooperation between the players. Because if a player who's bad with barricading then the team would loose. So the team should decide who should build, Because if a player who's bad with barricading tries to barricade a door, then the team would loose

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 100 words):

I love the server and i really enjoy the gamemode. And I want to help the server with banning people who tries to ruin the server. I have ULX experience and I am trusted. I see people who trolling on the server for fun to troll people and i really want to stop it. I would try to help any new or confused players about zombie survival. I feel I have good communication with players and I am able to help them out both in game and rule breakers.I try my very best to help keep ZARP clean of rule breakers.
