I've got to agree with Chester a little there, You need to stand out to staff a bit more, But You've had experience from when you could buy Moderator and also when you're not moderator, You've put a lot of effort into your application.

What you could improve on:
- Try to Communicate with other Members of staff.
- Activity on the server, Try coming on for at least an hour every day!

Also DarthVader, I know Wonderley, He wouldn't NOCLIP on ZARP due to he's been part of this community for a long time.
