How would you deal with a disrespectful player: i would first ask them to stop it, then i would give the a warning,then ask another moderator so i know it is the right thing to do, then if he decide to carry on be annoying we will kick him, if he returns and carry on annoying people we will ban him for a certain amount of time.

Why I should be chosen: i should be chosen as i really enjoy zarp server and been playing it a lot also i can help players get better at death run by making sure there are not trolls there also ill make sure people are not annoying each other by cussing or treating. normally when i go online there not many moderators on so i see a lot of rule breaking by people (mine craft pyramid) standing on the obsidian and there no one to warn them so they carry on until a moderator comes online so if i get moderator i could be able to warn them
