How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would pull him away from the situation at hand for example if there are people around just in case it sets other players off. Explain to the player that what they are doing is disrespectful. If the player accepts this then i would let him go if he continues to do this i would implement a warning and let him go then repeat he steps twice i he continued then he would get removed from the server by default.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I should be chosen because obviously i have been playing on these servers for what i believe is a month. although at one point i have caused hassle with an admin it gave me a view on how to deal with the situation since i now know all the rules that are in place in the DarkRP server i feel that i would be able to explain and help the players on a daily basis. I have also gained a small group of friends on the server that would follow my standards in the game.
