How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would warn he/she then ask them to stop being disrespectful. If they continue I would warn them again
and once again ask them politely to stop being disrespectful in whatever way they are. Lastly if they still wont listen to my reasoning i would give them a 3rd warn to kick them and hope they will come back but be much nicer. If the problem would continue I would contact a higher up staff to help deal with the problem having them help with the necessary punishment.
Why I should be chosen: Due to the server not being hosted in America, where I live, I could be on the server when other mods are not. I am mature enough to handle most if not all situations, and I have been a mod/admin on a minecraft server since I was 11, which I have now stopped playing after so long. When I am on there are usually people that reactivate the traps, and I tell then it is against server rules but they insist on constantly doing it, ruining other players experience on this great server. I can play often, but it depends on the situation I am in during home and if I have homework or not. I am well educated of the servers rules and have about 48 hours on server. I am quite friendly to the players and try to teach the new players about deathrun and tactics to do in it.
