I've known you literally since you started playing on this server and we've been friends ever since, despite what happent with the teleporting issue, in my mind it was a honest mistake that didn't do a lot of damage, moderators are expected to make mistakes is what most higher rank people tell me and I truly believe we should not prosecute someone who did it on mistake since it is no big deal, moving on in the time I saw you as a moderator I have noticed that you are very capable of handling your powers and you never start panicing when you don't know what to do, there are always people that helps, I really would like to see you with a higher rank because I truly believe you deserve it and you would handle it correctly, also I think the server does need admins because most of the staff online are usually moderators,
I'd also like to share my opinion on the "e-mail to a new moderator" answer, I think the more words he writes, the more he explains, the better the person will understand, it should be as much words as he wants, if the person doesn't bother to read a few more words then it's his fault, no one elses, when you accept the rank you take responsibility into yourself, therefore the more you know the better.
