I'm 16, and I speak English, I think not so badly. So how would I deal with players? I think it's the same, as every other staff. If they insult the others, micspam and do whatever is not right, I'll take sanctions depends what did they do. And at the end, why me? I really like the server, the whole stuff what's going on. I don't want to, and I can't polish myself or anything like that. I just want to be a helpful moderator on a very cool server, help the other players and enjoy the game. And i think that, I will be on the server as long as I can with honour.
