We voted on this a couple of meetings ago and made a decision.
1. Player dying on job change would be annoying and a deterrent from our Semi Serious RP server.
2. Would require wiremod.
3. Pointless, with health and armor chargers it wouldn't be used.
4. Citizens/Hobos can easily change their job title. Also, there's no way to enforce "Only you can use it, don't sell it on again."
5. All merchant jobs will be allowed an alarm entity.
6. We didn't want this.
7. We didn't necessarily accept the suggestion, but we said that there would automatically be lower jail sentences for smaller offenses.
8. More banker NPCs instead of ATMs though, it wouldn't make sense since you can store items in them.
9. Holstering these weapons has been nerfed (it takes longer).
10. Could easily be abused, more roleplay like to be done manually.
11. A police car NPC will be added in which there are different sorts of cars: police, swat, etc. that only they can spawn. They still need to buy them, but like the normal cars, they are permanent.
12. Too many downloads would be added to the server in addition to the already huge M9K packs.
13. The prison guard job has things that can easily be abused.
14. People would make second groups of the same gang and get around it, it will not be limited.
15. Typically abused, and annoying.
16. Would allow mods also to physgun vehicles.
