I feel like i have to say something about this so yeah.
As Twix said you are still breaking rules, here are some of them in order when they happened:

The NLR Problem [Happened long time ago]
There was a day where i was basing, you broke NLR around 3 times and you got automatically banned because i gave you the 4th warning which was VALID! You made a ban appeal after saying that i was a fail mod.

The NLR [2.0] and Rage Problem [Happened also months ago]
I was hitman, you had a hit, i killed you, you came back to me in less than 20 seconds, killed me and said "Fuck you".

The Rage Problem [2.0] [Happened about 1-2 weeks ago]
I saw you breaking around 2 or 3 rules. (I think one of them was disrespect in OOC but i am not really sure) and you came to the TeamSpeak, and you said that: "Why did you ban me, bitch?!" I still gave you a chance, and lowered your ban to 2 hours and 31 minutes. After you got unbanned you got banned again (i think by DCX or something)

Now let's make some quotes just to analyze your Application, shall we? Also i am saying i will be a bit strict.

Very lazy explanation i'd say. You didn't mention the 3 minutes, and the fact that you forget what happened when you got killed.

This would totally be an invalid warn, cuz you don't see at the console WHY player y killed player x..

I am sure you could've fill the 150 words up without this cheap lazy trick. Also you explained 2 times that you see rulebreakers when no staff is online.

At the end, a cheap, lazy Application. being a Staff-Member requires you to be okay with hard work, and if you can't even write an Application you are totally not mod-material in my opinion.
