So, we introduced the Tier system so pretty much everything could be recorded if it hits the mark. We're no strangers to these 'screw up on the first day staff', although I must admit that this one isn't nearly as bad as the other.

Either way, when myself, Xhantium and Dcx agreed on this system: we agreed that it would be strict.

Going crazy with new-found powers on the first day is one hell of a bad impression on yourself.

Now, typically this would be considered 'invalid physgunning' which is a tier two offense; but it involved a colleague rather than a community member and thus it isn't really as severe from what everyone can see. A tier 1 warning (which expires after a month) will be issued for the reason of 'invalid physgunning' (I'm waiving the fact that it's a tier 2 by keeping in mind that you're new to the admin role.)

Also, hats off to Angelus for the apology and maturity on his part in this situation.
