Do you have any experience in MineCraft server administration? Yes, I have been on co-owner on a server which was upvp.net, it's no longer up as a server. I was mod on 2 other servers aswell. Not staff on any other Zarp. I have a lot of free time.

Explain ''grief'' and give example scenario: Griefing means when you purposely ruin someone else's. This could be destroying someones home or purposely annoying them. A scenario of someone griefing would be like a newly built home and someone in your faction destroys it to annoy you.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? First i'd give them a warning and if they continued to be disrespectful then i'd kick them and if they still continued then i would mute or ban them.

Explain the building theme: Medieval.

In no less than 150 words, explain why are you an ideal candidate for this role: I've had a lot of experience on servers and have played MineCraft for a couple years now. On the servers I was staff on a lot of the players and put in good reviews about me. I think i'm nice, i'm not toxic and I can always help other players have fun. I'll going to be on the server for a few hours a day to help out, i'll always be able to talk to players and i don't mind being bugged with a lot of questions. I can donate if the server needed some more money and I will most likely donate anyway. Even if I'm not online on the server I will most of the time be available on skype if i'm needed or teamspeak. If needed I have a method of being able to advertise the server if it's not doing too well. It wont always work but it can get up to 20-30 players in 10 minutes.
