I've never seen you on jailbreak but to be fair I'm never on jail break 
But anyway on some of your answer you just said you would kick a player.
If I was you then I would say (Please don't copy my sentence word to word please :3) If I came across a disrespectful player I would give them a verbal warning if they continued to be disrespectful then I would warn them and if they didn't stop even when I asked them I would kick them. And if they came back still being disrespectful I would ban them for a day.
So for now neutral
