You need to provide us with right steam-id which you can find here, all you need to do is paste link to your steam profile and it will show your steam-id also you can do this in-game by pressing "tab" key on your keyboard selecting your name and copying your steam-id to clipboard. You also need to change your subject to "[DarkRP] Ban Appeal". If you don't fix your ban appeal it might be ignored.
