How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

If a player insult another player for his age or race or anything else, I warn him about it and talk to him that it hurts people if that player still continue to insult then I have no choice but to kick him from the server. i'll try to stop people that insult other players.


Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

i think i should be chosen for Moderator on [DR] because im active player and i enjoy the server a lot. and if players need help couse they new and they dont know how to play im happy to help them. and i played most of the maps in [DR] and i know them and again if people need help so ill be happy to help them and i just want the server will be nicer place to play in and more people will enjoy to play the server.
