How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would talk with him, see his point of view, and talk him to reason, if he continues to be disrespectful, there will be a punishment.

Why I should be chosen?
For having skills to handle situations, for being a responsive staff, and not being carried away by other another person's opinion.
I also have experience from being an admin in some minecraft servers (wich are offline now...)
I should also be chosen because many people break the rules when no admins or moderators are on, and I would wish to make the gaming experience for desiring and to make new people welcome to this community.
